We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

An order is considered accepted only when we send a confirmation email. Until that point, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has been made.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the site (e.g. AUD, USD) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit/debit card and any other methods made available through our payment gateway (Stripe / WooCommerce Payments). By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.

5. Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

• Your payment will be processed at the time of order.
• The estimated shipping date is provided as a guide and may change. We will notify you of any significant delays.
• If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within Australia and internationally where available. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and carriers are displayed at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are your responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase:

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our Returns Policy.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and final-sale items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving returned goods.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled before the item ships. To cancel, please contact us at founder@elyon.world. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard returns policy applies.

We strive to accurately represent our products through descriptions, images, and materials. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
